Overview

Vodjo is currently seeking a System Analyst who is responsible for analyzing, studying, and implementing new system solutions. You will monitor current processes and implement new solutions with the goal of improving overall business efficiency.

Responsibilities

Analyze and evaluate current systems
Translate user requirements into system specifications
Develop solutions and undertake system development
Prepare specifications and documents for developers
Collaborate with other team members to resolve issues and ensure solutions are viable and consistent
Oversee implementation of a new system including data migration
Train and educate others on the team
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and technical developments

Required Skills

Understand software development life cycles
Excellent analytical skill and problem solving ability
Strong oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of programming languages like PHP, JavaScript, Go, C#, etc.
Experience with SQL (Structured Query Language)
Hands-on experience with software development and documentation

Desired Skills

Knowledge of business information systems
Knowledge of cloud computing infrastructure
Experience with UML (Unified Modeling Language)
Experience with Scrum methodologies
