- Have experience as a business analyst at least 1 year
- Have experience in designing software using BPMN, use Case Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) and Wireframes
- Have experience in making Functional Specification Document (FSD), Product Requirement Document (PRD), Change Request (CR), User Acceptance Test (UAT)
- Understanding Skills related to Software Design Making such as Making BPMN/Flowcharts, Use Case Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), Wireframes
- Understanding of Making Documentation Using Functional Specification Document (FSD), Product Requirement Document (PRD), Change Request (CR), and User Acceptance Test (UAT)
- Understanding the basic Database of SQL and No SQL
- Understanding the basic Algorithm of a Programming Language
- Have Good Communication skills, Analytic skills, and Problem Solving Skills
- Experience on Project Insurance and Reinsurance is a Plus
