The Mandarin Translator is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Bandung. This position is responsible for translating written documents, emails, technical materials, and operational guidelines between Mandarin and Indonesian/English to support daily manufacturing and office activities. The role includes interpreting during meetings, trainings, and discussions between local staff and Mandarin-speaking people to ensure clear, accurate communication. The translator will collaborate with production, quality, and administration teams to understand context, verify terminology, and maintain consistent language use across documents.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining translation records, supporting cross-cultural communication, and assisting with internal communications and reporting as needed.

• Strong proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking) and fluency in Indonesian and/or English, with accurate and context-aware translation skills.
• Experience in written translation and verbal interpretation, ideally in a manufacturing, industrial, or corporate environment.
• Ability to understand technical and operational terminology related to production processes, quality control, and office administration.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-cultural teams.
• High attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to handle multiple translation tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in basic office software (such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email) for preparing and managing translated documents.
• Previous experience in footwear, apparel, or manufacturing industries is an advantage.
• High school Diploma, Diploma 3 or bachelor’s degree in Languages, Translation, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
