• Manage and optimize all logistics operations within the designated region, including warehousing, inventory management, and transportation in Tangerang

• Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to meet delivery targets, control costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Oversee a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and suppliers to ensure optimal service and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
• Monitor key logistics performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, cost per shipment, and inventory accuracy.
• Identify and implement process improvements and technological solutions to enhance logistics efficiency and visibility.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales, procurement, and customer service, to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of managing complex logistics operations and implementing successful cost-saving initiatives.
• Strong understanding of warehousing, inventory control, transportation management, and customs procedures in Indonesia

• Proficiency in logistics management software (WMS, TMS) and ERP systems.
