• Operate production machines following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform quality control of raw materials, process steps, and finished products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, applying 5S or 5R principles.
• Meet daily production targets set by the supervisor.
• Record production data, including output quantity, rejects, and any issues encountered.
• Communicate and coordinate with team members on the line or other departments to ensure smooth production flow.

• Minimum education:
  
  SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferred majors include Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Culinary Arts.
• Age range typically 18‑25 years (subject to review of the official announcement).
• Good physical health; health examination including colour‑blindness test is required.
• Availability to work in a 24/7 shift system (morning, afternoon, night shifts).
• Strong attention to detail, discipline, and sense of responsibility.
• Prior experience as a production operator in an FMCG firm is a plus; fresh graduates are also encouraged.
• Preference for candidates residing in Bandung or nearby areas.
