Garment Sourcing & Procurement (Talent Pool

Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring raw materials and accessories/trims required for garment production.

Ensure that all materials meet quality standards and are delivered on time to support our production schedules.

Identify, evaluate, and establish strong relationships with local and and international suppliers.

Issue Purchase Order (PO) based on MRP and BOM provided by the merchandiser/planning team.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to optimize cost efficiency without compromising garment quality.

Coordinate with the QC team and suppliers to ensure sample fabric and trims are approved prior to bulk ordering. Manage claims and returns for defective materials.

Monitor raw material inventory levels to prevent overstocking or production delays.

Collaboreate closely with Merchandisers, Pattern Makers, and Production Heads to understand technical specifications and delivery timelines.

Maintain accurate procurement records, including supplier databases, price histories, contracts, and shipping/import documents.

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related field.

Senior: minimum 5 years of experience as a Purchasing/Procurement Staff within the garment manufacturing.

Junior: fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Strong understanding of garment raw materials (woven vs. knit fabrics, fabric weight/GSM, fabric composition) and trims/accessories.

Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or specialized manufacturing/inventory software, alongside advanced Excel skills.

Professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
