1. Berpengalaman sebagai Operator Mesin Rajut Datar Otomatis minimal 1 tahun.
2. Menguasai pengoperasian mesin rajut datar otomatis dan memahami proses produksi knitting.
3. Pengalaman mengoperasikan mesin Cixing menjadi nilai tambah dan diutamakan.
4. Mampu membaca dan memahami program atau pola rajutan.
5. Memiliki ketelitian, disiplin, dan tanggung jawab yang tinggi.
6. Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim.
7. Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem target dan shift apabila diperlukan.
