PT Holycatlabs Indonesia mencari Sous Chef untuk produksi wet food pakan kucing. Anda akan mengawasi seluruh tahap produksi mulai persiapan bahan baku hingga finished goods, menjaga kualitas dan kepatuhan terhadap SOP serta formula perusahaan.
Posisi ini menuntut pengalaman dapur/kitchen 1–2 tahun, kemampuan menjaga higiene, sanitasi, dan keamanan pangan, serta koordinasi dengan tim produksi, QC/QA, PPIC, dan gudang untuk memastikan kelancaran produksi dan mutu produk.
