• Mempelajari gambar teknik, instruksi kerja (work order), dan spesifikasi material sebelum memulai proses produksi.
• Menyiapkan dan memasang tooling, fixture, serta material benda kerja pada mesin CNC dengan akurat.
• Memasukkan data, memanggil program atau menyesuaikan parameter (kecepatan potong, feed rate) sesuai kebutuhan operasional.
• Mengoperasikan mesin CNC selama siklus produksi berlangsung serta memantau pergerakan mesin untuk memastikan tidak ada kesalahan teknis.
• Melakukan pengukuran dimensi produk menggunakan alat ukur presisi untuk memastikan produk sesuai toleransi.
• Melakukan inspeksi visual dan memberikan penandaan pada produk yang tidak sesuai.
• Melakukan pembersihan area kerja dan mesin secara rutin setelah selesai digunakan (konsep 5S).
• Memastikan level pendingin (coolant) dan pelumas mesin dalam kondisi cukup sebelum pengoperasian.
• Melaporkan kerusakan mesin atau ketidaknormalan suara/kinerja mesin kepada tim teknisi atau supervisor.
• Mencatat hasil produksi harian ke dalam lembar laporan produksi atau sistem manajemen perusahaan.
• Wajib mematuhi standar Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja dengan menggunakan APD lengkap.

• D3 Teknik Mesin/ Otomotif/ Jurusan lainnya yang sesuai
• Dapat mengoperasikan mesin CNC turning/ milling
• Dapat membaca gambar teknik & menggunakan alat ukur.
• Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
