The Maintenance Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bandung. This role is responsible for performing daily equipment inspections, maintenance, and repairs to ensure smooth and safe production operations. The Maintenance Technician will handle troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical issues on production machinery, execute preventive maintenance plans, and support industrial maintenance activities as needed. The role includes monitoring equipment performance, documenting maintenance work, collaborating with production teams to minimize downtime, and following all safety and quality standards.
The technician will also assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for production machinery and facility systems.
- Ability to perform Troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical issues in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Experience in Preventive Maintenance, including scheduling, execution, and documentation of maintenance activities.
- Background in Industrial Maintenance within manufacturing or similar settings.
- Relevant technical education or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to apply safe work practices at all times.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance procedures.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with production and engineering teams.
- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to urgent maintenance needs when required.
