TTKR Roasting Co. Bandung membuka posisi Junior Baker untuk mendukung proses produksi roti harian dengan fokus utama pada teknik shaping roti. Pekerjaan ini menuntut disiplin dan kemampuan mengikuti SOP serta arahan Baker Lead/Supervisor.
Posisi ini melibatkan persiapan bahan, dough handling, shaping, proofing, baking, hingga finishing. Lokasi kerja di Bandung dengan jam kerja 9 jam per hari, 6 hari kerja per minggu, serta penyesuaian shift.
