- Mengelola jadwal dan alur produksi end-to-end dari vendor hingga barang siap masuk gudang sesuai timeline launching.
- Memastikan ketersediaan material produksi (fabric, trimming, aksesoris) tepat waktu dan sesuai spesifikasi sebelum produksi berjalan.
- Memantau progres produksi vendor dan menyelesaikan kendala produksi (delay, kualitas, mismatch warna/ukuran) secara langsung.
- Menangani proses procurement material produksi, termasuk pembuatan dan monitoring PO hingga barang diterima sesuai spesifikasi.
- Melakukan negosiasi harga dan lead time vendor untuk menjaga efisiensi biaya produksi (HPP).
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim desain, warehouse, dan finance untuk memastikan kelancaran produksi dan stok.
- Mendokumentasikan progres produksi, status PO, dan performa vendor untuk kebutuhan evaluasi.
- Pengalaman min. 2 tahun di produksi / PPC / vendor management / procurement (fashion atau manufacturing).
- Memahami alur produksi garment dari sampling hingga mass production.
- Terbiasa komunikasi teknis dan follow-up vendor secara tegas dan profesional.
- Mampu membaca spesifikasi teknis / tech pack produk.
- Mahir menggunakan Google Sheets / Excel untuk tracker produksi dan PO.
- Disiplin timeline, teliti, problem solver, dan mampu bekerja dengan ritme cepat.
- Pengalaman di industri fashion (modest fashion / garment jersey lebih disukai).
- Terbiasa menggunakan tools operasional (Notion / ERP / inventory system).
- Pernah menangani produksi dengan deadline ketat dan volume menengah.
