Software Quality Assurance

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management/Engineering/Computer Science or IT.
• At least has 1-year experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing, including experience in writing and execution such as: making Test Scenarios, Test Plans, TC and do Reviews.
• Has experience in the field of testing such as:
  Functional Test, Unit Test, SIT Test, Regression Test, UAT, Stress Test and Load Test.
• Have knowledge of Agile SDLC Implementation.
• Have knowledge and experience in defect management tools e.g., JIRA.
• Have experience reading/analyzing documents such as: FSD, PRD, and other documents related to the project.
• Able to carry out / implement project management in the QA field according to applicable SOPs.
• Candidate with programming background will have an advantage.
• Have experience in automation testing is a plus.
• Good Team player, Independent, out-of-the-box thinker, detail oriented, highly analytical, and self-learner.
• Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in Indonesia, Fluent in English is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that dynamically changes frequently.
• Able to join immediately.
• Willing to work from office (WFO) in Bandung.

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and structured test plans and test cases.
• Establish and adhere to company quality assurance standards.
• Conduct analysis of consumer complaints and quality discrepancies. Look for root causes and resolution actions in accordance with company guidelines.
• Ensure the products produced meet company standards and consumer needs.
• Conduct system test based on scenario test cases execute by manual or automation test.
• To create sprint report and defect report based on daily activity which is given.
• Do internal report to the QA Lead/ PM/ PO/ or Tech related bug or testing and do analyze, to provide solution or feedback based on the issue which is found when conduct test.
