We're looking for a Medior QA Engineer to own quality across our active project portfolio. This is not a role where you execute test cases someone else wrote — you'll design the test approach, build the artifacts, run UAT with clients, and hold the release gate. You'll work across web applications, mobile apps, API layers, and hardware-integrated systems (RFID, scanners). You'll also get exposure to AI-powered products, where testing non-deterministic behaviour is its own discipline.

• Own the QA gate across 2–3 concurrent projects — nothing ships to a client without your sign-off
• Design and write test plans, scenarios, cases, and traceability matrices from requirements that are sometimes incomplete
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing on web, mobile (Android/iOS), and API layers
• Manage the full defect lifecycle — report, triage, verify, close
• Facilitate client UAT sessions and convert feedback into structured, actionable defects
• Produce release readiness reports and feed defect data back into how we improve delivery
• Progressively build automated regression coverage using Playwright
• Coach developers on testability and self-check discipline

• 3–5 years as a QA Engineer or QA Analyst, ideally in an agency, consultancy, or software house environment
• Proven ownership of test artifacts — test plans, test cases, traceability matrices, defect reports, test summaries
• Hands-on manual testing across web and mobile (Android & iOS)
• API testing with Postman or equivalent — comfortable with REST, JSON, HTTP status codes, and auth flows
• Basic SQL for direct data verification
• Solid grasp of SDLC and how QA fits into iterative delivery
• Ability to work from incomplete requirements and ask the right questions to close the gap
• Willingness to say "this is not ready" — and back it with evidence

• Test automation with Playwright (or Cypress/Selenium with willingness to move to Playwright)
• CI/CD integration experience (Git Lab CI), Sonar Qube familiarity
• Performance testing basics (k6, JMeter) and OWASP Top 10 awareness
• Experience testing hardware-integrated systems — RFID, barcode scanners, IoT
• Experience testing AI/LLM-based features
• Experience running UAT with enterprise or government clients
