Posisi ini membutuhkan pemahaman GMP/SSOP/HACCP/CPPOB, standar halal serta sanitasi produk; bertugas melakukan pemeriksaan bahan baku, proses produksi, dan produk jadi, serta membuat laporan pemeriksaan dan ketidaksesuaian.
