About the Job

Your role As a Marketplace & Brandsite Support Intern will support the day-to-day operations of EIGER's marketplace and brandsite platforms. You will assist in managing product information, monitoring online store performance, and ensuring a seamless digital shopping experience while gaining hands-on exposure to e-commerce operations.

In This role, you will get to :

• Support the daily operations of EIGER's marketplace and brandsite platforms.
• Assist in maintaining product listings, pricing, and content accuracy across digital channels.
• Monitor product availability and ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
• Support bulk product uploads and marketplace administration using Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare operational reports and support marketplace performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth marketplace and brandsite operations.

What you will Need to Succeed :

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Digital Business, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce brandsites (online stores/brand-owned websites).
• Familiar with major marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok Shop, and Zalora.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly for managing and bulk-uploading product listings.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
