, currently looking for a talented and experienced Indonesian young Chef as a Chef de Partie
.
- Lead and supervise 4-5 line cooks in other sections; work together with the Sous Chef.
- Know, implement and supervise the daily and monthly inventory together with the Sous Chef and cost controller.
- Maintain HACCP knowledge and train junior chefs.
- Winner experience in cooking competitions is a plus.
- Prefer under 30 years old.
- 4-5 years of experience as a professional chef and 1-2 years as a Junior Sous / CDP in a 5-star chain hotel, with specialty in premium steakhouse / fine dining restaurant.
- Strong leadership with experience to lead and supervise 4-5 line cooks; will work with the Sous Chef.
- Knowledge of daily and monthly inventory management with the Sous Chef and cost controller.
- HACCP knowledge is a must, able to train junior chefs.
- A winner experience in cooking competitions is a plus.
- Mature attitude with consistent integrity.
