Retail Trainer Specialist

Develop and implement retail strategies across dealer and showroom networks to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.

Monitor retail performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports with recommendations for business improvement.

Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, retail SOPs, promotional activities, and operational excellence across all retail channels.

Conduct product knowledge, sales skills, and retail operations training for dealer and showroom employees to enhance performance and service quality.

Act as the liaison between Head Office and retail partners while supporting retail network development through market analysis and business opportunity evaluation.

• 1-3 years of experience in retail operations, dealer management, or trade marketing(automotive, consumer goods, or related industries preferred).

• Excellent communication,coordination,andstakeholdermanagementskills.
• Willingtotraveltoretailnetworks(dealers) in other cities.
