Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any major.
Fluent in English is a Must
3-5 years of experience in retail store management; experience in new store setup is a plus.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing profitability.
Strong analytical , problem-solving skills, excellent planning and leadership abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Open to relocation (domestic or international)
