Jobs Description- Lead and manage the merchandising team to achieve operational and business objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end merchandising process, from order confirmation through delivery.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with buyers, particularly Japanese buyers.
- Coordinate with production teams and internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
- Manage product costing and material sourcing according to quality and budget requirements.
- Monitor production quality, timelines, and delivery schedules to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Maintain accurate merchandising documentation and prepare regular reports.
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in any major. - Language:
Minimum JLPT N3 Japanese proficiency and communicative-level English proficiency. - Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising or marketing within the textile and garment industry. - Experience leading a merchandising or marketing team within the textile and garment industry.
- Driver Licence: SIM A or SIM
C. - Performance bonus, subject to positive company performance.
- 12 days of annual leave after completing 1 year of employment.
