Frontend Developer – React / Next.js – 3+ Years Experience

We are looking for a Frontend Developer with 3+ years of professional experience to join our fast-paced development team. This role is about taking ownership of your work, working independently, making responsible technical decisions, and delivering high-quality production-ready applications.
You should be comfortable taking a feature from development - testing - deployment - production, and be accountable for the quality of what you deliver.

Develop and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using React and Next.js

Build real-time functionality using Socket.

IO and other real-time technologies

Work across different applications and product domains while maintaining consistent code quality and engineering standards

Take end-to-end ownership of assigned features and projects, from implementation through testing, deployment, and production support

Deploy and maintain frontend applications using platforms such as Vercel, AWS, or similar cloud environments

Troubleshoot production issues and resolve bugs efficiently

Write clean, maintainable, well-structured code with a strong focus on reliability and performance

Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver complete features

Use modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development, debugging, research, and iteration

Mentor and guide junior developers when required and help maintain high engineering standards

3+ years of professional frontend development experience

Strong proficiency in React and Next.js

Hands-on experience with Socket.

IO and real-time application development

Proven experience deploying applications to production

Ability to independently take ownership of tasks and responsibilities without requiring constant supervision

Strong sense of responsibility and accountability for the quality of your work

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong commitment to delivering stable, production-quality software with minimal bugs and errors

Good communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate technical issues, progress, and blockers

Strong familiarity with AI-assisted software development and practical experience using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or other AI coding and development tools
