WE’RE HIRING — MID / SENIOR ANDROID DEVELOPER
This is NOT a remote position.
What You’ll Do- Develop Android applications from concept to production
- Translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into working applications
- Design application architecture and technical implementation
- Integrate Android applications with REST API / backend systems
- Handle local database and application data management
- Integrate applications with device capabilities such as Camera, GPS, Bluetooth/BLE, notifications, and other hardware when required
- Perform testing, debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting
- Manage source code and collaboration using Git
- Handle application build, release, deployment, and maintenance
- Collaborate directly with backend, AI, IoT, hardware, and other engineering teams
- Continuously improve existing applications based on operational needs and user feedback
- Mid-Level or Senior Android Developer
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin
- Good understanding of Android SDK and Android application lifecycle
- Experience with REST API integration, JSON, authentication, and backend communication
- Familiar with Android architecture such as MVVM / Clean Architecture
- Familiar with Git and collaborative development workflow
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Understand application performance, stability, and basic security practices
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Able to take ownership of Android development from A to Z
- Comfortable working in a small and dynamic engineering environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to work 100% onsite in Bandung
- IoT / hardware integration
- Background services / real-time applications
- Offline-first applications / local data synchronization
- Experience publishing and maintaining applications on Google Play Store
