To support our daily operations and ensure smooth warehouse and order fulfillment processes, we are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Inventory and Fulfillment Specialist (for Bandung placement) to join our team. This role will focus on managing inventory, packing customer orders accurately, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations.

• Organize and maintain a clean, efficient, and well-structured warehouse environment.
• Monitor stock levels and support weekly inventory checks, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Ensure accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or low inventory levels.
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse workflows and processes.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a high level of accuracy.
• Label and package items securely to ensure safe delivery.
• Conduct quality checks before orders are dispatched.
• Keep the packing and fulfillment area tidy and organized.
• Handle return orders and help optimize the return process to reduce refunds.
• Support local parcel delivery when needed.

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) or higher in all majors.
• Able to speak conversational English and understand written English.
• Able to lift and move packages safely.
• Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
• Responsible, punctual, and detail‑oriented with strong execution skills.
• Possessing a motorbike and a valid driving license is a plus.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, order packing, or administrative support is a plus, but not mandatory.
