Warehouse Staff

Department: PPIC

Reports To: Finished Goods Warehouse Supervisor

Responsible for managing the inventory flow of completed garments from production lines to final shipment. Ensure that all finished garments is accurately sorted, packed, stored, and dispatched in accordance with client specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules.

Receive finished garments from the production floor, verifying quantities and styles against production orders and packing lists.

Systematically organize and store finished goods in designated warehouse locations using proper FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methods to ensure smooth stock rotation.

Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with regular physical inventory audits to maintain high stock accuracy.

Prepare orders for shipment by accurately picking, packing, sorting, and labeling cartons according to buyer requirements and shipping schedules.

Coordinate closely with the merchandising and shipping teams to ensure on-time loading and dispatch of containers or local delivery trucks.

Generate accurate documentation, including delivery notes, packing slips, and gate passes.

Inspect incoming finished goods cartons for damages, moisture, or discrepancies, immediately reporting any issues to the Warehouse Supervisor and Quality Assurance team.

Ensure garments are stored under optimal conditions (clean, dry, and secure) to prevent damage, staining, or wrinkling prior to shipment.

Adhere strictly to company safety protocols, warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs), and 5S workplace organization standards.

Education minimum Diploma 3 in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus.

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a warehouse, inventory control, or logistics environment.

Experience with in the garment, textile, or apparel manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.

Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or basic inventory tracking software (ERP/Excel).

Understanding of garment packing methods (e.g., polybagging, carton marking, ratio packing) and shipping documentation.
