We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Worker to join our close-knit team in Macduff. You'll be working in a supportive and established environment where many staff have been with us for over 20 years—proof of the positive and stable culture we've built.

As part of a vibrant and welcoming community hub, you'll provide support to individuals in their day-to-day lives—helping them maintain independence, engage in activities they enjoy, and access the wider community.

• Providing personal care, practical assistance, and emotional support
• Supporting service users with daily tasks in their homes and the community
• Promoting choice, dignity, and independence
• Building trusting relationships and encouraging social inclusion
• Working both individually and as part of a dedicated team

• £12.60 per hour pay rate
• 28 days paid holiday (pro-rata)
