Executive – US Accounting

Qualification –

B.com, M.com, MBA

Years of Experience – Minimum 3 years of experience in core accounting

Preferred Industry – RCM Healthcare

Job Description:

- Oversee end-to-end accounting activities including invoicing, billing, and recording of financial transactions.
- Manage bank and credit card accounting, including transaction reviews and periodic reconciliations.
- Prepare and post payroll-related and other operational journal entries with accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, prepayments, and depreciation.
- Perform cost allocations, apportionments, and commission calculations in line with accounting policies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax and statutory requirements and support related filings.
- Prepare and support for periodic financial review and support for consolidated reports.
- Perform and review reconciliations of inter-company, collections, and other key control accounts.
- Maintain financial records, trackers, and documentation while supporting process improvements and audits.
