Kroll-Billing Specialist-Arabic Language

Location: Bengaluru

We are seeking a Billing Specialist with strong Arabic language skills to manage client and inter-company invoicing. The role involves translating invoices from English to Arabic, formatting them correctly for right-to-left reading, and supporting project billing and accounting activities. This is a contract position for 4 months and can be performed remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Translation:  Translate all client and inter-company invoices from English into Arabic accurately.
Invoice Formatting:  Ensure Arabic invoices follow the correct right-to-left reading format.
Billing & Accounting Support:  Assist in project billing, accounting processes, and invoice validation.
Legal Billing (Preferred):  Support legal billing activities, if required, adhering to compliance standards.
Process Accuracy:  Maintain high accuracy in invoice preparation and translation to prevent errors.
Documentation:  Keep accurate records of billing transactions and translated invoices for audit purposes.
Required

Education:

AA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
2+ years of experience in billing, project billing, or accounting roles
Strong Arabic language skills (reading, writing, and translation)
Familiarity with project accounting or legal billing is preferred
Ability to handle invoice formatting (right-to-left)
Attention to detail and accuracy in billing processes
Comfortable working remotely and managing deadlines
