Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounting Manager

Kai Early Years is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing day to day accounting operations, preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits.

Qualification & Essential

Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience (preferably in an educational institution)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google drive, sheets and Tally
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen.
Knowledge of managing day-to-day accounting operations
Preparing of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Manage budgeting and forecasting
Handling fee collections, invoicing, and reconciliation
Maintaining audit petty cash and expense records
Ensuring timely vendor payments and maintaining vendor accounts
Coordinating with auditors and support in financial audits
Compiling and analyzying financial statements
Complying with statutory requirements like TDS, GST, PF/ESIC, etc.
Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct in all interactions, maintaining integrity as a core value.
