Job Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant with at least 2 years of hands-on accounting experience. The candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support peers in financial reporting and compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Maintain books of accounts including vouchers, journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax workings, registrations, returns, and timely filings
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns
- Manage payroll processing and ensure statutory deductions and compliance
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government departments
- Perform bank, cash, and vendor reconciliations
- Assist in monthly and year-end closing of accounts
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance records

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Zoho, or similar)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi (spoken and written)

Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days notice period preferred.

CTC: 4.2L (Based on skill set & experience relevancy)
