Overview:

We seek a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant with 2+ years of experience to join our finance team. The successful candidate will support the finance department by managing daily accounting tasks and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Record Maintenance:
Assist in maintaining and updating financial records and ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and assist with collection efforts.
- General Ledger:
Assist in the preparation and posting of journal entries to the general ledger.
- Reconciliations:
Perform bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Financial Reporting:
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Statutory Compliances:
Stay updated on financial regulations, accounting standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and labor laws and ensure timely compliance concerning payments and filings Also ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting regulations and standards.
- Support Audits:
Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Ad Hoc Projects:
Participate in special projects and assignments as required.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a semi-qualified CA.
- 2+ years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Understanding of accounting principles and practices, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

Note:

The FRND team operates six days a week, with every 1st and 3rd Saturday as working days.
