Assistant Manager - Accounting & Reporting Consulting

Uniqus is seeking immediate joiners across levels for our ARC team in Bangalore. As a member of the team, you will work with clients to provide high quality accounting advisory services, focusing on the application of accounting standards, assisting clients with financial reporting, and dealing with complex accounting issues. You will be responsible for assisting the Associate Director / Director with project execution and management.

Responsibilities:

- Technical accounting advice to clients on complex accounting issues, and conduct research on accounting topics and prepare technical memos.
- Assist with the implementation of new accounting standards.
- Assist with financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements.
- Support the Manager / Associate Director to manage client relationships and act as a point of contact for clients.
- Participate in business development activities and contribute to proposal development.
- Stay up to date on developments in accounting standards and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Identify engagement and client service issues. Research and benchmark client data to industry data.
