Role Overview :

We are seeking a dependable and highly accurate Accounting Analyst to support our headquarters in California. This role is designed for a professional who excels at independent work and can manage a variety of reconciliation and audit tasks. The person performing this role will support the California accounting staff with reconciliations, transaction review and auditing of financial transactions and accounts. Hopefully you like to learn new things and are willing to tackle challenges you are not familiar with.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reconciliations:
Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, Accounts Receivable (AR), credit card processors, prepaid assets, and customer deposits.
- Audit & Review:
Audit sales invoices and commissions; review transaction support and payment documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- General Ledger:
Prepare routine journal entries and maintain the credit card payable ledger.
- HQ

Collaboration:

Serve as the primary point of contact for the California accounting team during shift overlap to fulfil specific requests and data inquiries.
- Process Growth:
Adapt to additional accounting tasks and special projects as the job develops.

Required Qualifications:

- Education:

Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Business Management, Information Systems or a related field.

- Experience:

Prior accounting experience or significant educational background in accounting or business analysis.
- Looking for 1–2-years experienced accounting personal who can learn new things quickly
- Technical

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel is required with experience in VBA and SQL queries highly valued.
- Traits:
Must be extremely accurate, dependable, and comfortable working with a 13.5-hour time difference.

- Experience with MS SQL for data querying.
