US Accounting Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced  CAS Manager  with strong expertise in  US Accounting and Client Accounting Services (CAS) . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing US clients, overseeing end-to-end accounting processes, and leading a team. The candidate should have strong experience working with  Quick Books  and either be  Quick Books Certified or willing to obtain certification before joining .

Key Responsibilities

Manage  end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping  for US-based clients.
Review and oversee  monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements .
Handle  general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting .
Supervise and mentor a team of accountants and senior associates.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with  US GAAP standards .
Manage  month-end and year-end closing processes .
Coordinate with  US clients and internal stakeholders  for accounting deliverables.
Review  bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations .
Oversee  accounts payable and accounts receivable processes .
Implement and improve  accounting workflows, controls, and processes .

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce .
5+ years of experience in US Accounting / CAS services .
Strong knowledge of  US GAAP and accounting principles .
Hands-on experience working with  Quick Books (Online/Desktop) .
Quick Books Certification preferred OR willingness to obtain certification before joining .
Experience working with  US CPA firms or US-based clients .
Strong  team management and client communication skills .
