Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Renewal Accounting Executive to manage subscription renewals, client follow-ups, invoice coordination, payment tracking, and account-related communication. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with clients for timely renewals and payment collections.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage customer renewal processes for software subscriptions and services.
Coordinate with existing clients regarding upcoming renewals and payment schedules.
Generate and maintain renewal invoices, quotations, and payment records.
Follow up with clients for pending renewals and overdue payments.
Maintain accurate renewal and account-related data in CRM/ERP systems.
Coordinate with the sales and accounts team for renewal processing.
Prepare renewal reports and payment status updates.
Ensure timely renewal of customer accounts and subscriptions.
Handle basic customer queries related to renewals, invoices, and payments.
Maintain professional relationships with existing customers.

Skills & Requirements

2+ years of experience in Accounting, Renewals, or Client Coordination.
Basic understanding of accounting and invoicing processes.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
Ability to manage data and maintain records accurately.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Mandatory Language - English, Hindi, Kannada & Marathi
