Job Description
King Rose Construction () is an entrepreneurial, growing construction company headquartered in New York City, specializing in commercial fit-outs. Our clients include Columbia University, NASA and many other prestigious organizations. We are currently seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join our start up Project Management leader in our Bangalore office. This position will support the Payroll and Accounting Team in all payroll and accounting processes.
The position works exclusively out of the Bangalore office.
Accounts Receivable (A/R) Associate
– Job Description
Manage project unit updates, billing preparation, and timely invoice processing for clients.
Prepare and follow up on initial and recurring invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
Assist with Certificates of Insurance (COIs), W-9 requests, client inquiries, and e-Builder submissions.
Support collections activities by compiling follow-up notes, tracking outstanding balances, and updating payment statuses.
Conduct regular reviews of projects with sales orders held for Accounts Receivable and escalate discrepancies when required.
Monitor projects exceeding base Work-in-Progress (WIP) thresholds and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
Track Purchase Orders (POs), confirm PO receipt acknowledgments, and provide status updates to project teams.
Follow up on overdue change orders, retainers, and projects requiring recurring or scheduled billing.
Post customer payments, deposits, and adjustments accurately while maintaining up-to-date financial records and reconciliation support.
Provide administrative and operational support including state filings, vendor questionnaires, payroll preparation coverage, reporting assistance, and maintaining compliance with company financial procedures.
Requirements:
1.
Education:
Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Commerce/ Accounts
2. 4 to 5 years of experience in Accounting.
3.
Experience of working in Night Shift (Minimum 2 years experience)
4. Knowledge and experience of using Quick Books Desktop software (Preferable), additional tools like Ajera, is a plus
5. Excellent communication skills
Compensation:
• Salary commensurate with experience
Hours:
• 4:30PM to 01:00AM IST
• 5:30PM to 02:00AM IS
Work Model: 5 days Work From Office (Saturday & Sunday off)
