Job Title  – Senior Executive - Accounts
Location  – Bangalore, Karnataka
Shift type  – Day shift

Qualification & Experience  – Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field with 2-5 years of experience in accounting.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
General Ledger Management, posting accruals and deferrals, and performing bank and credit card reconciliations.
Maintain and update financial records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Collaborate with finance team to develop and implement accounting policies.
Provide financial analysis and advice to clients based on their financial data.
Liaise with auditors during annual audits and assist in the preparation of audit schedules.
Monthly bank account and all general ledger reconciliations.
Oversee and review monthly/quarterly/annual bookkeeping and finalization of accounts.
Co-ordinate with respective teams for review of GST, TDS, PT, PF, and ESI filings to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Knowledge and

Skills required:

Knowledge of MS applications like Excel / Word.
Need to be a good team player.
Strong technical knowledge in accounting standards, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, ROC filings, etc.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, Quick Books, etc.) and MS Excel.
Excellent communication skills and Excel skills.
