Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Articled Assistant, located in Bengaluru. The Articled Assistant will engage in tasks involving statutory audits, tax audits, and financial statement preparation. Responsibilities also include assessing compliance with tax regulations, assisting with internal audits, and supporting documentation for financial reporting. The role provides hands-on exposure to various domains of accounting, audit, taxation, compliance, GST, ROC, fund raising advisory offering a comprehensive learning environment.

Qualifications
Accounting and taxation skills, including financial statement preparation and compliance with tax regulations
Audit skills such as statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits
Analytical and research skills with attention to detail in assessing financial data
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office
Enrollment in ICAI Articleship program is required
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
Prior experience or exposure to accounting and compliance is a plus
