Location: Bengaluru

We are hiring for one of our prestigious clients, a leading multinational real estate company.

Position:
Finance Support Executive

Location:

Whitefield, Bangalore

Experience:

1+ years in Accounting or Finance

CTC:
Up to ₹9 LPA

Work Setup: 5 Days Work from Office

Payroll:
Third-party payroll (UpGrad) – 1-year contractual role

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions, including:
- Sales entries (Accounts Receivable)
- Expense booking (Accounts Payable)
- Journal entries and adjustments
- Perform end-to-end invoice processing activities.
- Prepare MIS and operational reports related to invoices, payments, and exceptions.
- Conduct Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Support Record-to-Report (R2R) activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of Indian GST regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.

- Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
