Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Articleship position based in Bengaluru.
The Articled Assistant will work closely with qualified Chartered Accountants and senior team members across various assurance, taxation, and advisory assignments. The role provides practical exposure to statutory audits, internal audits, taxation, accounting, corporate law compliances, and financial reporting for clients from multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities  Assist in Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Tax Audits, and other assurance assignments.
Prepare audit working papers, documentation, and financial statements.
Maintain books of accounts and perform accounting and reconciliation activities.
Assist in preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns, GST Returns, TDS Returns, and other statutory compliances.
Support ROC filings, company law compliances, and regulatory documentation.
Conduct research on accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory updates.
Prepare tax computations, reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documentation.
Interact with clients for collection of information, clarification of queries, and follow-up on pending matters.
Participate in physical verification assignments, due diligence, and other special engagements whenever required.
Maintain professional documentation and ensure compliance with firm quality standards and ICAI guidelines.

Qualifications  CA Intermediate (Both Groups preferred) and eligible to commence Articleship under ICAI.
Completion of ICITSS (Information Technology Training and Orientation Programme) as prescribed by ICAI.
Strong understanding of Accounting Principles, Financial Statements, and Bookkeeping.
Basic knowledge of Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, and Audit concepts.

Good analytical , problem-solving, and numerical abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, Quick Books, or other accounting software will be an added advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a team while managing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
