Role:
Finance Associate
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Associate to support our day-to-day finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tally, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records while working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
Required:
1-2 years of experience in handling Accounts (Tally or Quick Books)
Location:
Bangalore
What you will do:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities using Tally.
Process invoices, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements.
Assist with payroll and statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, PT, and PF.
Prepare account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
Support monthly reporting, audits, and year-end financial closing activities.
Assist with GST and TDS filings and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Respond to finance-related queries and support the team with ad hoc accounting tasks.
Our ideal candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
Hands-on experience with Tally Prime/Tally ERP.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, payroll, and statutory compliances.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
