Accounting Operations Associate

Gramiyaa specializes in producing high-quality, cold pressed oils for everyday cooking, with business in India and the USA. The corporate office is in HSR, Bangalore, and the manufacturing unit is in Trichy, Tamil Nadu.

Description:

- Process payments and reimbursements as per payment terms and policy respectively
- Pass journal entries where necessary
- Lead and execute the receivable recovery process
- Handle tickets, queries and concerns of customers
- Onboard customers and complete the onboarding process on Zoho
- Support the Senior Accountant in GST and taxation matters
- Support the Senior Accountant in books closure
- Execute reconciliations and support the Senior accountant in closing variance issues
- Manage communications with invoice financiers and lenders for data and fund flow
- Coordinate with Compliance analyst and support with financial details wherever needed
- Support in Ad-hoc tasks
- Coordinate and support auditors in timely closure of audit engagements

Required Skills &

Competencies:

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial close processes.

Experience with journal entries.
Attention to detail with strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
Communication skills in english
Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (Zoho/Quickbooks/SAP/Xero) and Excel

Education:

Any bachelors/masters degree in finance

Experience:

1 year or more in finance or audit
