Role Description
The Audit Intern will support the audit team in planning and executing statutory and internal audits for clients across various sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in reviewing financial records, testing internal controls, preparing working papers, and helping identify compliance gaps and process improvements. The intern will work closely with senior team members to analyze financial statements, document findings, and contribute to audit reports and client presentations.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, offering practical exposure to auditing, assurance, and financial compliance in a professional consulting environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review data, identify patterns, and support audit conclusions.
Candidates should possess solid Auditing knowledge and practical understanding of basic audit procedures and internal controls.
Candidates should possess foundational Finance and Financial Statements skills, including familiarity with balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for documenting findings, preparing reports, and interacting with team members and clients.
Relevant academic background such as pursuing or having completed a degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting or ERP software is beneficial.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks within defined timelines.
Interest in building a career in audit, assurance, and financial consulting.
