Job Purpose

To provide high-level executive support, manage schedules, coordinate communication, and ensure smooth operational flow for senior leadership  candidate must be proactive, smart, and able to handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Support

- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle travel planning, accommodations, and logistics.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

2. Communication & Coordination

- Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft emails, reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Ensure timely flow of information and manage communication priorities.

3. Administrative Management

- Organize files, maintain records, and oversee documentation.
- Monitor and track action items and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for operational needs.

4. Operational Support

- Assist with event coordination, meetings, reviews, and projects.
- Provide analytical support when required (reports, data summaries, follow-ups).
- Proactively identify needs and resolve issues before they surface.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proactive, smart, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Professional grooming and strong interpersonal abilities.

Qualification

- Graduate (any discipline); MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- 4–5 years of experience as an EA or similar administrative role.
