Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced  Executive Assistant  to support the Founder of a fast-growing Fin Tech organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing senior executive calendars, global travel, cross-time-zone coordination, and handling confidential business matters with maturity and professionalism. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, communication excellence, and the flexibility to work beyond standard business hours when required.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Coordination
Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, and international travel arrangements with accuracy and efficiency.
Prioritize competing tasks to optimize the Founder’s time and workflow.
Prepare and coordinate meeting materials including agendas, decks, notes, and action trackers.
Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and professionalism.

Operational & Administrative Management
Maintain and organize critical business documents such as contracts, NDAs, and compliance files.
Coordinate vendor interactions and office administration activities aligned to executive needs.
Plan and execute internal events, offsites, and Founder-led initiatives to strengthen company culture.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions to improve efficiency.

Communication & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.
Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication across all interactions.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other teams to support strategic and administrative goals.
Track deliverables, follow-ups, and deadlines across multiple initiatives.

Strategic & Project Support
Assist the Founder in coordinating key strategic programs by consolidating inputs and monitoring progress.
Conduct research, prepare summaries, and create briefing notes to support informed decision-making.
Draft and prepare presentations, reports, and documents for internal and external meetings.

Qualifications & Skills
3–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or Founders.
Strong experience managing  international calendars and global travel , especially across US or other time zones.
Ability to work flexible hours to support cross-time-zone coordination.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and stakeholder management skills.
