Position: Associate Manager – Travel & Administration
Location: Bengaluru

Hiring:
Associate Manager – Travel & Administration

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized professional to lead our Administration and Corporate Travel functions and ensure smooth workplace operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee office administration, facilities, and workplace operations across Unacademy offices
- Manage procurement, vendors, contracts, SLAs, and cost optimization
- Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, security, and IT/facility support
- Implement and improve admin SOPs, policies, and internal processes
- Support HR with onboarding logistics, office events, and employee experience initiatives

Travel Management

- Manage end-to-end corporate travel (flights, hotels, transport, visas)
- Partner with travel agencies to ensure best pricing, service quality, and compliance
- Own travel policies, approvals, cost controls, and high-volume travel support (events/offsites)
- Maintain accurate travel MIS, reporting, and cost analysis

Operations & Stakeholder Management

- Drive automation, process improvements, and budget management
- Lead and mentor the admin & travel team
- Collaborate with leadership, HR, finance, and act as SPOC for all admin/travel escalations

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in office administration, travel management, or facilities management.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, and budgeting skills.
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong ownership mindset.
