Role Description
The Administrator role at Obeya Smart Work spaces is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Administrator will handle a team of Executive Administrator / Supervisors, daily office management tasks, including scheduling, coordinating events, and overseeing workspace operations. Responsibilities include maintaining records, ensuring smooth communication between teams, managing supplies, and assisting clients or visitors. The role involves proactively identifying and troubleshooting operational challenges to promote efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English
Ability to manage scheduling, coordinate events, and maintain operational workflows
Knowledge of office management software and tools
Interpersonal skills to assist team members, clients.
Problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for maintaining a well-organized workspace
Prior administrative experience in an office setting preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background is desirable
