Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Designer to join our growing design studio. This is a hands-on role for someone who is technically strong, organized, and comfortable working across graphic design and garment technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
• Create detailed tech packs for garments including measurements, construction notes, trims, fabric details, and finishing
• Prepare technical flats and specification drawings
• Develop measurement sheets, grading specifications, and BOMs
• Support the design team with graphic layouts, print placements, embroidery guides, and presentation decks
• Coordinate with sampling and production teams to clarify construction details
• Ensure accuracy in technical files for smooth sampling and manufacturing
• Maintain organized design documentation and version control
Required Skills
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Ability to create clean technical drawings and accurate specification sheets
• Understanding of garment construction and basic pattern concepts
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced studio setting
Preferred Qualifications
• Degree or diploma in Fashion / Textile / Design (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• Prior experience creating tech packs is a plus
• Ability to work independently once trained
