Video Editor & Motion Designer (Sr./Assistant)– Instagram & You Tube

Thought Pudding   is building India's most honest and science-backed mental health brand. Our mission is to make therapy and mental health conversations culturally relevant, credible, and creatively fresh. We are looking for a seasoned Video Editor who can drive the narrative of mental health with us across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, and full You Tube episodes.
Maintain high creative standards from storytelling flow to sound design, pacing, and typography.
Apply motion graphics, text overlays, and visual cues that make content more engaging and easier to follow.

Technical Excellence We're Looking For:
Manage the full post-production workflow from ingesting footage to final export.
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut, etc. is a must.
Optimize video exports for different platforms (aspect ratios, codecs, compression, audio etc.).

Skills & Qualities We're Looking For
Strong visual sense:
You have an eye for color, light, and rhythm. You know how to make cuts feel seamless and moments impactful.
Narrative instinct:
You understand story arcs setup, tension, payoff and can shape footage to create them.
Motion graphics skill:
Proficiency with After Effects or motion tools to enhance storytelling.

Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in   video editing, motion design, or post-production  .
Proficiency in   Adobe Premiere Pro   or equivalent software (mandatory), Capcut or equivalent software and   After Effects   (preferred) or equivalent softwares.
Working knowledge of   color grading, audio design, and compression formats  .
Experience editing for   social media platforms   (Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts, etc.).
