About Us:

What we’re looking for:
2 years of relevant experience in Customer Success preferably with a B2B SaaS/product company
Exposure to US and/or Middle East markets is preferred
Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into product solutions
Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
What you’ll do:
Own and manage relationships with a portfolio of Global B2B customers
Drive customer onboarding, product adoption, engagement, and retention
Understand customer goals and ensure successful product implementation
Conduct regular customer check-ins, business reviews, and product discussions
Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and expansion
Monitor customer health, usage, and satisfaction metrics
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to resolve customer issues
Act as the voice of the customer and share feedback with internal teams
Drive renewals and ensure a strong overall customer experience
