We work with enterprise customers across North America on high-stakes proposal and revenue workflows.

Why This Role Matters This is not a typical customer support internship. You’ll work closely with our Customer Success team and founders to help enterprise customers in the US and Canada adopt Thalamus AI in their real workflows.

You’ll participate in customer conversations, onboarding, implementation, adoption and feedback - while working closely with Sales, Product and Engineering.

For someone early in their career, this is an opportunity to get hands-on exposure to  enterprise SaaS, AI products and North American customers  from day one.

What You'll Do  Work with US, UK and Canadian enterprise customers across onboarding, implementation and ongoing adoption
Join customer calls and help track requirements, action items and follow-ups
Understand how proposal and bid teams work and help customers configure Thalamus AI around their workflows
Help drive adoption across live RFP and proposal processes - not just feature usage
Support customers during important RFP and proposal cycles
Track customer usage, engagement and product feedback
Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams on customer requirements and issues
Help create onboarding material, customer documentation and success updates
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and adoption
Gradually take ownership of customer initiatives as you ramp up

What We're Looking For  Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable communicating with enterprise customers in the US and Canada
Structured, organized and strong at follow-through
Ability to understand customer workflows and business problems, not just software features
High ownership mindset — you take responsibility and close the loop
Comfortable working in a fast-moving early-stage SaaS environment
Willing and able to work hours aligned with North American customers
Able to work from our  Koramangala, Bangalore  office

Preferred Qualifications   MBA students or recent MBA graduates preferred
Previous internship or work experience in  Customer Success, Account Management, SaaS, enterprise sales, consulting or business operations
Prior experience working directly with  US/ UK North American customers or stakeholders  is strongly preferred
Previous Customer Success experience in  SaaS or AI SaaS  is a strong plus

Experience with  RFPs, proposal writing, bid management, tenders or RFP response workflows  is a strong plus
Exposure to mid-market or enterprise customers
Familiarity with tools such as Hub Spot, Slack, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint or similar enterprise platforms
